In this position, your technical know-how will help customers navigate IP security solutions and incident management. You’ll engage with clients fluently in both English and French, ensuring clarity in problem-solving. Responsibilities focus on troubleshooting, ticket management, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide troubleshooting for NVR/DVR systems and access control
• Manage customer incidents and ticket resolutions
• Engage with clients in French and English seamlessly
• Execute basic remote diagnostics and configuration updates
• Document all interactions for optimal service delivery
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in technical support or help desk roles (1–3 years)
• Proficient in TCP/IP and Ethernet technology
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
• Familiar with security or networking systems
