Magna MES Administrator Position

Join Magna's Mechatronics team as an MES Administrator, coordinating key systems that enhance automotive technologies. Your focus will be on implementing MES functions and ensuring data accuracy.

This role requires a college diploma in a technical field and 1-3 years of experience. As an MES Administrator, you will manage the introduction of SOLIDAT across all three plants while training technical staff in its use. Setting up hardware interfaces like tablets and scanners is also part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement core MES functions for operational efficiency

• Coordinate SOLIDAT implementation across several plants

• Train staff on solidat usage for accurate data entry

• Ensure effective data communication between equipment and SOLIDAT

• Set up OPC router and KEPWARE tools

Requirements:

• College diploma in relevant technical discipline

• 1-3 years' MES experience preferred

• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed

• Capability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs

• Proficiency with shop floor data systems and processes
