As a pivotal player in Gusto's AIT, Risk, and Security team, you will take charge of defining and executing security programs that promote safe AI-driven growth. The ideal candidate has 5 to 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments. You will engage with security engineering, facilitate the road to effective vulnerability management, and utilize AI tools to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the centralized vulnerability management program

• Expand high-risk detection and alerting systems

• Develop security-health metrics dashboards for leadership

• Establish automated workflows powered by AI tools

• Coordinate stakeholder updates and ensure alignment

Requirements:

• 5 to 8+ years in TPM or delivery roles

• Strong background in security and infrastructure engineering

• Familiarity with vulnerability management best practices

• Experience with AI plugins in program management

• Excellent communication skills across various teams
