Position: GTM Data Operations Analyst at Klaviyo

Join Klaviyo as a GTM Data Operations Analyst to enhance the quality and reliability of our agentic data pipeline. This role will focus on operating and improving key data systems in a dynamic environment.

As the first onshore execution hire for the GTM Data Strategy, you will manage a growing team of offshore contractors. Your responsibilities involve running production pipeline sessions, diagnosing failures, and maintaining configuration scripts. You will ensure all automated output transitions smoothly to human oversight, continuously improving data coverage through agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and monitor production pipeline sessions for data quality

• Diagnose and resolve pipeline session failures independently

• Maintain and extend pipeline orchestration and configuration

• Refine detection rules and report on accuracy metrics

• Own handoff processes between detection and resolution teams

Requirements:

• 3–6 years in Data Operations or Sales Operations

• Proficiency with Snowflake SQL and SFDC field configuration

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows in operational contexts

• Command-line expertise for monitoring batch processes

• Strong communication skills and process design mindset
