Located in the Midwest, IMA is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician I, a position focused on resolving desktop and application problems. You will assist with user account management and ensure a strong support system for Microsoft Office 365 applications. Act as the primary point of contact for customer resolution throughout incidents while supporting A/V meeting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop hardware issues

• Set up and maintain user accounts in the system

• Provide A/V support for meeting room setups

• Manage Help Desk tickets efficiently

• Configure and deploy end-user hardware

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in related computer technology

• 1-2 years’ service desk experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications

• Some travel may be required
