Position: Intelcom Operations Coordinator Role
Become an Operations Coordinator with Intelcom | Dragonfly, enhancing warehouse operations and customer relations in a shift-based setting. Manage package processing and delivery issue resolution effectively.

In this role, you will assist in unloading trailers and ensure freight is accurately verified against manifests. You're responsible for scanning and sorting packages, conducting van audits, and supporting shipping and inventory management. You'll also resolve customer inquiries to maintain service excellence during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify freight against manifests during unloading

• Scan, sort, and process returns and defective items

• Conduct audits to support sorting operations

Requirements:
