Position: Rental Coordinator at Battlefield Equipment Rentals

As a Rental Coordinator, you will enhance client satisfaction by facilitating equipment rentals and deliveries.

Your role is integral in maintaining efficient branch operations while taking charge of customer interactions through various channels. You'll be responsible for inventory management and ensuring that our rental equipment is always available to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage professionally with customers via phone and face-to-face

• Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns accurately

• Assist with loading and unloading customer pick-ups

• Maintain product shelves stocked and ready for rentals

• Check invoices for pricing accuracy and balance funds

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Systematics knowledge is a plus

• Familiarity with construction equipment and building products

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong self-management and planning skills
