Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty return and shipping logistics

• Communicate efficiently with service teams

• Source and order the correct parts swiftly

• Conduct systematic organization of parts inventory

• Execute daily inventories according to procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• 2-3 years in customer-facing service or material handling

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of inventory management processes

• Physical ability to lift and handle parts up to 85 lbs
