The role involves daily facility inspections and addressing maintenance tasks as guided by the Terminal Manager. You will assist with repairs across a variety of equipment, conduct yard maintenance and work closely with the Yard Supervisor on HVAC and refrigeration duties. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of terminal facilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks per established procedures

• Manage snow removal and clean walkways effectively

• Assist with garbage collection and grounds upkeep

• Help with administrative duties like ordering equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• One year experience in maintenance or repairs

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks

• Strong communication skills and some computer knowledge

• Valid driver’s license required

• Readiness to work in various weather conditions
