Sodexo seeks an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead the cleaning operations within our manufacturing site. This role requires a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and entails supervising staff, maintaining clean environments, and addressing any equipment issues. With your proven leadership skills, you will ensure all tasks are executed in line with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise janitorial staff on day and night shifts

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists

• Conduct facility inspections for cleanliness and compliance

• Train staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• College diploma or high school with GMP experience

• Minimum 3 years in janitorial and 1 year in supervision

• Strong knowledge of GMP standards in regulated industries

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for cleaning tasks
