Facilities and Maintenance Director

Position: Facilities and Maintenance Director Role
Location: Quinte West

Lead dynamic facility operations as a Director of Facilities & Maintenance within a growing warehousing organization. Oversee maintenance, compliance, and team development across multiple sites.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will guide all aspects of facilities management, including preventative maintenance, capital projects, and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and an ability to foster relationships with team members and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facility and maintenance operations across various locations

• Manage preventative maintenance programs and budgets

• Ensure compliance with regulations including OHSA and TSSA

• Oversee contractors and maintenance service providers

• Develop and mentor a high-performing maintenance team

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, with CMMS knowledge an asset

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Willingness to travel as needed
