We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance function in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on enhancing equipment performance, managing preventative maintenance programs, and collaborating closely with Operations and Engineering to drive overall plant efficiency. Strong leadership in managing maintenance teams and delivering sustainable solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop maintenance team capabilities

• Plan and coordinate all equipment maintenance activities

• Establish and monitor preventative maintenance programs

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

• Manage spare parts inventory and purchasing requirements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Previous management experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
