Position: Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity - Lactalis

As a Maintenance Supervisor with Lactalis, you will provide strategic oversight for all maintenance activities in our production plant. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, implement preventive systems, and drive improvements in plant performance.

Your role will involve fostering collaboration between maintenance, production, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all maintenance activities on site

• Champion safety and ensure adherence to regulations

• Oversee contractor compliance with facility procedures

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting

• Manage expenditures against the department budget

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in relevant field

• 5+ years supervisory experience in a maintenance role

• Background in Electrical & Controls or Mechanical systems

• Experience with SAP or CMMS maintenance systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills
