Maintenance Supervisor at JBS

Lead maintenance operations as a Maintenance Supervisor at JBS Ontario in Belleville, Ontario. Drive safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability in a fast-paced food processing environment.

In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards. You will manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs while leading and coaching unionized maintenance employees, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving departmental budgets.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma or Journeyman certification

• 5+ years of engineering, maintenance, and management experience

• Background in food or meat processing sectors

• Management experience in a unionized environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
