Position: Janitor at ESS Metron

Join ESS Metron as a Janitor and help maintain a safe, clean environment in our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in cleaning and safety will play a vital role in our operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for keeping production areas, offices, and restrooms clean and organized on a set schedule.

Your role requires familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and the ability to safely handle chemicals. Attention to detail is crucial as you prepare spaces for customer visits and ensure hygiene in high-touch areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain production areas and offices

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly

• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling

• Restock restroom and break room supplies

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces to promote health

Requirements:

• 1+ year of custodial or janitorial experience

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable and able to manage time effectively

• Strong communication skills in a team setting

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
