As a crucial team leader at one of our high-volume dispensaries, you will support the General Manager in maintaining operational excellence.

Your role encompasses overseeing daily functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and upholding regulatory standards. This position is pivotal in nurturing a culture of integrity and teamwork while driving performance in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store functions and shift delegation

• Drive efficiency in eCommerce fulfillment and order execution

• Manage the full inventory lifecycle and execution of FIFO

• Enforce Colorado MED regulations and Vireo Health standards

• Lead team training on compliance and inventory procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years in retail operations or inventory management

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience

• Knowledge of METRC and compliance protocols

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Eligible for a Colorado MED badge
