Join Direct Coil Inc. as an HVAC Assembly Technician and contribute to the manufacturing of air conditioners and more. This full-time position involves mechanical assembly on the production line.

As a key member of the assembly team, you will be responsible for building HVAC units by assembling components like compressors and fans while adhering to engineering drawings and production targets.

Your role requires strong mechanical skills and attention to detail to ensure all parts fit perfectly and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble HVAC units using various components

• Build sub-assemblies in preparation for next stages

• Read and follow engineering drawings and instructions

• Ensure quality through proper torque and alignment

• Maintain organized workstation and tools

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with HVAC components preferred

• Basic mechanical knowledge and hand skills

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
