Position: Manufacturing Technician for HVAC Units

Direct Coil Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Technician specializing in HVAC unit assembly. This full-time role focuses on mechanical assembly while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will assemble key components of HVAC systems, including coils and motors, while ensuring proper alignment and fitting of parts. Attention to detail is crucial in following work instructions and maintaining the quality of finished products. You will also participate in ongoing improvements within the production line environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble HVAC component parts such as fans and motors

• Build sub-assemblies for HVAC units

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and SOPs

• Conduct quality checks for dimensional accuracy

• Support a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in assembly or manufacturing

• Basic mechanical assembly knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and hand skills

• Ability to read work drawings

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
