At our Belleville manufacturing site, we're hiring multiple Plant Technicians for diverse roles. Starting as a Production Line Operator, there's potential to progress into Team Leader, Process Leader, and other key positions. Essential tasks include troubleshooting, data analysis, and performing preventive maintenance, ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain high-speed production equipment

• Analyze workflow and troubleshoot technical issues

• Support preventive maintenance schedules and records

• Work collaboratively in a self-directed team

• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent

• Valid G2 or higher Ontario Driver’s License

• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work shift rotations

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and operate forklifts
