By prioritizing automation and process efficiency, you will ensure every spacecraft meets stringent mission assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize production and test engineering teams

• Own execution of production schedules for timely delivery

• Drive capacity planning and resource allocation effectively

• Align IMS inputs with program requirements

• Implement continuous improvements in production processes
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

• Over 10 years in complex component production

• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO
9001 processes

• Proficiency in MRP and MES software

• Strong background in lean manufacturing principles
