• Plan manpower according to sanitation needs

• Enforce Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)

• Manage Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP compliance

• Provide leadership on lean manufacturing practices

• Train staff on equipment maintenance and operations

Requirements:

• Knowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety regulations

• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• Experience in food safety and sanitation processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Previous management experience in sanitation
