Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of all our products.

We are currently hiring for 4, 8 and 12 month co‑ops, starting January 2027 at P&G’s largest Feminine Care products manufacturing site, located in Belleville, Ontario, where we manufacture bestselling P&G brands such as Always Pads, Liners and Always Discreet.

This is an on‑site role. Based on your skills, experience and our business needs, you could be matched with the following roles in any one of our product modules:
Operations Co‑Op Process & Engineering Co‑Op

You can expect meaningful work from Day 1 that creates real value for the company and our consumers:
You will be given a detailed scope of work to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects during your term, which could range from process control and engineering, systems improvements to quality improvement, etc.

Starting Pay / Salary Range $5,170.00 / month

Job Segmentation Internships

Candidates must be enrolled in full time schooling. Preference is given to individuals who have completed at least 3 years in Electrical, Chemical, Physics or Mechanical engineering programs at an accredited University.

• You possess natural leadership and business skills, demonstrated in academic and/or extracurricular activities.
• You have strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment.
• You have technical curiosity and enjoy thinking critically to uncover insights and are ready to take on a hands‑on approach to problem solving and executing solutions, that will help build our million dollar brands!
• You enjoy working with your hands on machinery and equipment, and enjoy a mix of "on the floor" and office type work
