Built in 1975, with a workforce of over 1000 employees, the Belleville Plant, located in Belleville, Ontario, is P&G's largest feminine care products manufacturing facility. We manufacture bestselling P&G brands such as Always Pads, Liners and Discreet.
- Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements.
- Daily co-ordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets
- Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader.
- Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects.
- Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions.
- Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job QualificationsThis is an on-site position based in Belleville, Ontario. Preference is given to those holding university degrees (Bachelors, Masters, MBA) or in their final year of study in an engineering / technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline. Prior work experience in a manufacturing site is a plus
