Automotive Painter

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion of paint
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve desired shades and finishes
• Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and other finishes using spray guns and hand tools
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects; perform touch-ups as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination or accidents
• Handle heavy lifting of parts or materials safely while adhering to safety guidelines

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive refinishing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
