As a part of Canadian Blast Freezers, you will play a crucial role in the meat processing team. This position requires experience in cutting, packaging, and inspecting meat products while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Teamwork and attention to detail are paramount as you strive to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut and trim meat to specific customer specifications
• Package pork cuts in various formats
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Load machinery with prepared meat products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Clean criminal record is necessary for employment
• Grade 12 Diploma required
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to work in a cold environment and on feet for long durations
• References required for application
