IHAL is on the lookout for dedicated Registered Practical Nurses to provide essential nursing care to clients within their homes. You will work a flexible schedule of 2 days per week in shifts ranging from 4-12 hours. This role emphasizes skilled nursing practices, personal assistance, and emotional support for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care per RN/RPN scope
• Administer medications and manage wound care
• Monitor vital signs and assess client conditions
• Assist with personal care and safe mobility
• Document accurate nursing notes for each visit
Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN license with CNO
• Minimum 1 year experience in home care
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
