Qualified Registered Nurse - Patient Care

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who will take charge of assessing residents’ health and ensuring quality medical care. You will implement physicians' orders, administer medications, and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with a medical team. Your proactive approach will help address health issues early on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with clients and assess their needs

• Execute treatments and administer medications as prescribed

• Document all resident interactions promptly and confidentially

• Work with teams to create personalized care plans

• Prepare and maintain medical equipment for use

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• CPR certification and a criminal record check

• Experience in Emergency Nursing or Palliative Care

• Recent nursing education and ongoing professional development

• Proficient in using Meditech Information Systems
