Nursing Care Provider at IHAL

Help clients thrive at home as a Registered Practical Nurse with In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) in Belleville.

Your role will focus on client-centric nursing and daily living support.

IHAL is searching for caring Registered Practical Nurses to provide in-home care for clients in the Belleville area. This role involves a blend of clinical support, personal care, and emotional reassurance, with a flexible schedule of 2 days a week. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will assess health changes and support chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to RN/RPN standards

• Administer medications effectively and safely

• Conduct vital sign monitoring and health assessments

• Assist with daily living tasks and mobility needs

• Create detailed documentation for care visits

Requirements:

• Current RN or RPN license with CNO certification

• Minimum 1 year experience in nursing care

• CPR/First Aid trained

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Independent, reliable, and compassionate
