Registered Nurse in Patient Care; Brighton

In this role, you'll implement care plans, administer medications, and document resident care according to legislation. Your expertise in Medical/Surgical Nursing or Emergency Departments will be vital in ensuring residents receive personalized attention and effective health management.

• Build rapport with patients to address their needs
• Assess physical and psychological health conditions
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Collaborate on personalized care plans with the medical team
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care

• Must be a registered member with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification is required
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
• Proof of Covid Vaccination
• TB test or Chest X-ray needed
