As a Registered Practical Nurse, your role will include delivering comprehensive nursing care while assessing and planning individual resident needs. This position is fundamental in ensuring timely documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with a medical team. Experience in diverse healthcare settings will enhance your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain client relationships through care

• Assess clients within the scope of nursing practice

• Document resident care according to policies

• Administer medications and treatments as directed

• Ensure medical supplies and equipment are maintained

Requirements:

• RPN licensed and in good standing with CNO

• Over 1 year of nursing experience in various settings

• CPR certification and police background check

• Valid certifications in CPR and pharmacology training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
