Nurse Next Door is hiring an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to deliver personalized care to clients. In this role, you will join a dedicated medical team, contributing to the wellbeing of patients through basic medical attention, hygiene support, and companionship. You will execute care plans and ensure client safety while working flexible hours to suit client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical attention and assess client wellbeing

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks

• Check vital signs and record patient medical history

• Follow the care plan as designed by the Care Designer

• Complete all records and documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience

• Must be registered in good standing with CNO

• Current TB screening and criminal record check

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work legally in Canada

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
