Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client health and provide basic medical attention

• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean living space

• Monitor vital signs and document medical histories

• Implement care plans as established by the Care Designer

• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous caregiving experience

• Good standing membership with CNO

• Valid driver’s license and current TB screen

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Criminal record check clearance required
