In this Independent Contractor role, the RPN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support the well-being of residents by delivering safe and ethical nursing. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with documentation standards while ensuring personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ethical and safe nursing care as per CNO standards

• Utilize judgment to support residents’ diverse needs

• Promote dignity and resident choice through family-centered care

• Oversee safe admissions and effective team communication

• Maintain strict accountability for medication management

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independently

• Strong communication and behavioral skills

• Flexible to various shift lengths as needed

• Committed to reliability and attendance standards
