Part-Time Community Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs using proven tools and techniques

• Execute and monitor individualized care plans

• Engage patients collaboratively, fostering trust and rapport

• Maintain updated patient records for accurate documentation

• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as needed

Requirements:

• Registration with CNO as an RN in good standing

• Valid driver's license and accessible vehicle

• Experience in community care is advantageous

• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling

• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
