The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to resident-centered care and support Personal Support Workers effectively. Essential responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring health status, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to LTC standards

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Monitor and report residents' health changes

• Document care accurately and maintain records

• Support and supervise Personal Support Workers

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Follow infection control procedures

Requirements:

• RPN Diploma and CNO registration

• Vulnerable Sector Check issued in the last 6 months

• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination proof

• CPR and 1st Aid certification

• N95 Fit Test and WHMIS Certificate
