Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in long-term care

• Exhibit leadership and mentorship to junior staff

• Build strong relationships with residents and their families

• Conduct necessary physical care tasks

• Ensure adherence to health regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in geriatric long-term care is advantageous

• Demonstrated leadership and judgment skills

• Strong interpersonal communication

• Dependable and punctual in all assignments
