Make a meaningful impact as a Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse at the HART Hub in Sagamok Anishnawbek, ON. Deliver comprehensive health care while working in an interdisciplinary team environment.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health of First Nation community members. This position requires a commitment to developing and evaluating services, drawing from your skills and knowledge, and engaging with an inter-disciplinary team. Experience in mental health and addictions is preferred, reinforcing your ability to provide holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical support to Hart Hub community members
• Deliver direct clinical care within full scope of practice
• Evaluate and monitor health services for individuals
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Engage in health teaching and awareness presentations
Requirements:
• RPN diploma and current registration in Ontario
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in community health or related settings
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse populations
• Valid G Class driver’s license
