Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience. The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes. They also participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on customer needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning Brand Experience to make authentic connections.

• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver seamless omni‑channel experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipment process to gain awareness of new products and what’s on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment, including in‑store and curbside pickup.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/Achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast‑paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Position Type:
Regular/Part time.

Pay Range:
Hourly $17.60 - $17.80 (minimum wage or minimum of pay range, whichever higher).
