Walmart Checkout Attendant

Position: Walmart Checkout Attendant Role
Location: Quinte West

Support customers at Walmart Canada's self-checkout area in Trenton, Ontario, as a Self Checkout Attendant. Deliver top-notch service while guiding shoppers through the self-service process.

In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping the self-service area organized and clean while educating customers on checkout efficiency. You’ll also engage with customers to promote company initiatives and assist with any necessary procedures during self-checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep checkout areas neat and organized

• Guide customers in using self-service properly

• Promote Walmart's charity and credit card programs

• Monitor shoppers for assistance opportunities

• Respond to EAS alarms with proper documentation

Requirements:

• Proficient in customer service practices

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Retail experience or knowledge

• Ability to address technical issues

• Open to accommodating applicants with disabilities
