Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and evaluate their optical needs

• Custom fit eyewear and ensure precise lens placement

• Lead team efforts in addressing complex optical requests

• Accurately measure and adjust eyewear for optimal fit

• Ensure the store is clean, attractive, and customer-friendly

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent education

• State Licensure in Opticianry

• Proven experience in optical dispensing

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
