As a member of the Roots team, you will report to the Store Manager while helping us promote our core values. We are looking for individuals with strong retail backgrounds, particularly in apparel, who can maintain store aesthetics and directly engage with customers. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and store success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to ensure superior service

• Accurately handle POS transactions and assist with merchandising

• Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation

• Work collaboratively with team members for store success

• Resolving customer issues effectively and promptly

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, particularly in apparel preferred

• Open to working weekends, evenings, and days

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Self-directed with good judgment in customer interactions

• Positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
