American Eagle is seeking a vibrant part-time Brand Ambassador to represent our values. You'll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, sharing your product knowledge while supporting loyalty program initiatives. Your adaptability shines as you flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie products

• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels

• Flexibly support all store zones as needed

• Resolve guest concerns proactively, adhering to policy

Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with customers

• Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays

• Previous retail experience preferred

• At least 16 years of age

• High energy and multitasking skills
