Customer-Focused Service Team Member

Join Michaels as a dedicated Service Team Member, providing exceptional customer assistance and checkout experiences. Engage customers with our Rewards program while maintaining store stock and order processes.

Michaels is seeking a Service Team Member who excels in retail and customer service. You will support shoppers by helping them locate products and promoting our Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards. Responsibilities also include participating in the unloading and stocking processes to ensure an inviting shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers shop and locate products effectively

• Provide accurate and friendly checkout service

• Engage customers for Rewards program enrollments

• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey

• Participate in stock unloading and general maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store

• Capable of lifting heavy items and accessing high stocks

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings

• Positive interaction skills for customer engagement
