Customer-Focused Store Associate

This crucial role involves engaging with customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend optimal Sherwin-Williams products. You will maintain the store’s standards, resolve customer concerns, and achieve sales goals while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assist customers in person and via phone with their needs

• Build trust relationships with retail and wholesale customers

• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies

• Tint and mix products to customer specifications

Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen years of age

• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• One year of experience in retail or customer service

• Knowledge of paint products is preferred
