Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating products and solutions

• Execute a friendly and smooth checkout experience

• Promote and enroll customers in our Rewards program

• Help with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS

• Maintain merchandise recovery and store appearance

Requirements:

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus

• Physical capacity for standing and moving frequently

• Ability to lift heavy items and use ladders perform duties

• Interest in flexible hours including nights and weekends

• Strong communication skills for customer engagement
