Parts Outside Sales Responsibilities

• Sell truck parts to customers in a specific territory by establishing contact, developing relationships, and promoting dealership services in alignment with company strategy and policy.
• Develop customer base
• Build new client base
• Prepare annual budgets for sales quotas and increasing market penetration
• Deal with customer issues
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in a professional and legal manner
• Assist with in-house and operational duties when necessary

Parts Outside Sales Requirements

• Able to wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment
• Able to take direction from multiple employees and prioritize work
• Good communication skills, including the ability to listen to customers and determine how to assist them
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
