Security Officer

Position: Great Canadian Security Officer Role
Join Great Canadian as a Security Officer to create a safe space for guests and team members. Your vigilance ensures protection and a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Under the direct oversight of the Manager, Security, this in-person role requires a proactive approach in monitoring safety and enforcing company policies. You'll document violations, conduct crowd control, and build relationships with stakeholders. Your commitment to safety and effective communication will foster trust within the team and among guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations

• Monitor for suspicious activities and unsafe conditions

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the facility

• Perform identification checks and dispute referrals

• Escort guests and team members as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Smart Serve certification mandatory

• Gaming License eligibility required

• Ability to handle non-traditional hours
