Position: Security Officer at Great Canadian
Join Great Canadian as a Security Officer dedicated to maintaining safety for team members and guests in a casino environment. You will ensure compliance with policies and create a welcoming atmosphere for all staff.

This role, supervised by the Manager, Security, requires 2 years of experience in security or related fields. You'll monitor areas, document incidents, and enforce access protocols, all while fostering relationships with guests. Your ability to handle disputes and maintain compliance makes you essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document security violations and hazards

• Enforce restricted access for unauthorized individuals

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols

• Communicate effectively with operational departments

• Build strong relationships with guests and team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Minimum of 2 years of security experience

• Smart Serve and First Aid/AED Level C Certificates

• Willingness to recertify for Use of Force every 3 years

• Ability to obtain a Gaming License
