Program Facilitator

Position: Full Time Program Facilitator
Elevate career development efforts as a full-time Program Facilitator with Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc. in Belleville. This role supports diverse individuals in achieving meaningful employment outcomes through coaching and workshop facilitation.

As a Program Facilitator for the Career Edge Employment Ontario Employment Services Program, you will work 35 hours weekly to empower clients with job search skills and confidence.

Your role includes case management, employer engagement, and maintaining collaborative relationships with local businesses. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about workforce development, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and provide individual coaching sessions

• Manage client case files and enter data accurately

• Develop and maintain employer connections for job placement

• Help clients create actionable employment plans

• Conduct outreach and engage with the community

Requirements:

• College Diploma in a related field is preferred

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• Strong communication and case management skills

• Knowledge of the local labour market

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant databases
