Residence Life Specialist Leadership Role

Reporting to the Director of Residences and Ancillary Services, the Residence Life Specialist manages student life functions while nurturing staff development and student success. Key responsibilities include fostering an inclusive environment and overseeing residence programming to meet both student needs and institutional goals. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring both students and staff thrive in the residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead residence life programming and community initiatives

• Support RAs in planning engaging programs

• Administer conduct issues and crisis situations

• Recruit and supervise residence student staff

• Maintain records for student interactions and conduct matters

Requirements:

• Two years diploma in related field

• Minimum two years professional experience

• Experience in student housing preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid Class G driver's licence
